Shipping & Returns

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day and arrive within 2–4 business days of shipment. Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States only.

To request a refund:

1. Contact us at info@mareandclare.com with your order number
2. We'll provide return instructions if the product needs to be sent back
3. Once your return is confirmed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
